We would like to express our thanks and wonderful experience dealing with Alan Lytle at your RI location. We have a seasonal site in Wells Maine and thought that we could find a new trailer closer to that location. So after visiting six dealers in NH and Maine with staff that pressured us by trying to sell us something other than what we were looking for we put the idea on the back burner. Then one weekend, returning home to Uxbridge, MA., (yes you cannot get any closer to Flagg RV), we decided, why not, buy locally, makes sense. So nothing to lose, we made the short drive over to the Flagg RV RI, location and introduced ourselves and mentioned to Alan Lytle what we would be interested in. We started by looking at used units, with no pressure from Alan, other than asking him questions about the different units and his very professional knowledge of the makes & models. After about three hours of enjoyable intermittent conversation and looking through the vast inventory we settled on a new 2009 Keystone Hideout 38 BHDS. What a refreshing experience from buying, delivery and set-up was wonderful and top shelf, certainly making it easy to recommend Flagg RV to others so they can share this great operation and staff including the parts department and service technicians P.S.
